So far our experience with Clearwater Exteriors has been flawless from our initial sales meeting to installation. Shane our salesperson explained both the windows and financing options in detail and answered all of our questions. The same person came to measure the windows and install them. The installation was done very professionally. They cleaned everything up when they were finished, you would have never known they were here! After the installation the owner of the company came out to make sure we were satisfied. Shane also called to make sure everything went well. We love the windows. We have had a couple of really cold days since they were installed and the difference in the amount of cold air coming through the window is amazing. I also love that they can be opened from either side and the screen slides over. Being able to lift the windows out to clean them is an awesome feature! No more paying window washers!

We have had 11 windows replaced by Clearwater Exteriors, with plans of finishing the remaining windows later this year. The sales people, finance, measurer and installers have been fantastic thru the whole process. We did have one issue with one of the windows (cracked during shipping) but the new window has already been ordered and will be a snap to replace once it has arrived, (which is the only reason they received 4 stars). The windows themselves, AMAZING! I love the duel opening option, the sliding screens and the “flip” option for easy cleaning. But the best part? We noticed IMMEDIATELY the temperature difference in the house, especially in the basement. In fact, I don’t think our furnace has turned on since we changed the windows! That’s how insulated these windows are! I would highly recommend using Clearwater Exteriors for window replacement.

From the beginning of our relationship Clearwater exteriors has kept their word. Shane our sales person explained all the purchase options to us and showed us the windows explaining all the features. The quote was very competitive and the product superior. They started installing 52 windows on a Tuesday morning and ended on Wednesday afternoon. All the installers were very courteous and clean. the owner of Clearwater Exteriors called a few time just to make sure all was going perfectly. They picked up after every step and they left our house the way it was when they started. this was a great job done.

We have looked at numerous companies to replace our original windows, circa 1984, and were not totally impressed until we met the folks from Clearwater Exteriors. Their business history and focus on quality window replacement at a reasonable price sounded good to us. One concern we have always had is matching the look of our rich looking window casings and Clearwater Exteriors had almost a perfect match. We decided to replace 11 windows in our great room as these were the ones with condensation and drafts. Once we started the process, the entire Clearwater Exterior team was on point! Never missed a beat from getting the measurements to getting delivery and installation. The windows even came in a couple of weeks early. Now, the real proof has been how excellent the windows look and operate. Too soon to tell on how much they may reduce our heating and cooling but we can tell that they are far superior to the 30 year old windows we had. We are looking forward to doing the rest of the windows in our home and looking forward to continuing to work with the team at Clearwater Exteriors!

Based on our experience with Clearwater Exteriors, the service was quick and all of the staff was very helpful. Prior to the service, Shane took us step by step in the process and made sure our family was reassured on the quality and benefits of their windows. He catered the service and specifications of the windows to what our family wanted while also providing us with professional insight and thoughts to better fit our needs. Once measurements were taken and the windows arrived, replacing all of the windows in our house took less than a day with the eight man team that came. Not only were they accommodating to any questions concerns that we had, but they were also willing to work around our schedule and house rules for a smooth transition in. It has been a few months into having our new windows installed and we have zero complaints. The minor issues we did have were resolved within days/week. The windows have definitely given our house a much more updated feel and we are very happy with the results. In all, we would highly recommend Clearwater Exteriors to anyone looking for new window installations or to anyone who is simply looking into having a consult done on their house for the possibility of replacing their windows. The 1970’s aluminum framed & blown (gas) double paned ones…..simply had to go! Shane & Clearwater Exterior’s solution and very competitive cost with window installation, were THE most aligned answers to our needs – at the right time. Our initial purchase of 10 Windows = There WILL be more!
Alex and his brilliant install team just left. TOTAL Pro’s!!….having done this so fluidly for almost 20 years. From the custom bull-nosed sills, to the caulking perfection, unique sash trim, the very quiet install work and to NOT a speck of excess, cut material or sawdust on the ground outside….the overall work is spectacular! The low E allows for a crystal clear view to the outside, yet while standing in front of the windows while outside….you cannot really see in during the daylight hours. And we have NO DOUBT that the insulated double panes, Low UV A&B rays, and thermal optimized frame will in fact deliver maximum energy efficiency for decades to come. Yes…much like the previous reviewer, the duel opening option, sliding screens and the “flip” option for air venting / cleaning will be welcomed changes to our original windows. And the dining room large picture windows…..are just drop-dead magnificent! The inset fit is seamless, and we love the outside beveling of the frame (just pay for the darker color coating Vs white, you will be much happier!).
Shane and the management team have been in this high-quality window acquisition and deliverable arena for quite a while. Which is why, IMHO, they are so price competitive for any size/style of window. And their finance company were most accommodating to work with…plus I guarantee you that your bank cannot compete with their low interest and terms. We are certain that he / his team would love to drive you by our install for verification of the above. Hope to follow up this review, with a new energy efficient utility bill, cooler home & lotsa neighbor comments, set of facts for Yelp viewers, by August.

We had 13 windows replaced in our 20 year old home. The process of sales through installation could not have been easier. Installation was done in one day and the installers did their best to minimize damage to walls and window sills. The damage that did result I was able to touch up with paint and some minor work in less that one day. The windows are high quality. Much better than what the builder installed originally. Easy to open, easy to get screens on and off and beautiful to look at. Clearwater Exterior was in touch with us throughout the process of manufacture to let us know what to expect and actually delivered the windows sooner than expected. We recommend them strongly.

We LOVE our new custom-built windows and sliding door from Clearwater Exteriors! They are super easy to open and close, and the windows have locking mechanisms by which we can safely leave them open at night or when we’re out shopping. And we especially like the double-pane feature which cuts down on cooling costs in the summer and heating during the winter. (We are keeping the thermostat several degrees higher this summer, and the condo stays cooler than past years!) Plus, we’ve noticed it is much quieter in the bedrooms at night due to the added insulation features of our Encore windows. What a great investment, one that we will enjoy for decades to come. Shanda Peyton was an incredible salesperson making the process easy and fun! The installation team was very professional from start to finish!

Shane and his team at Clearwater Exteriors did a bang up great job installing windows and sliding glass doors in my home. I am very picky when it comes to my home features, appliances, look and who I work with. From introduction to initial presentation to home measurements and final window installation, all went seamless and flawless. All of the windows look sharp, clean and have added that ever important visual value to my home along with the required quality I was looking for. The detail and window features are on point. I can now clean all of my windows from the inside with a simple flip of a switch. The double pained glass has already lowered my electrical bills this summer and I am sure will do the reverse for my gas bills in the winter as well. All of my new windows have a subtle tint that is not very noticeable during the day. The windows cut down on that nasty heat gain when the sun is blazing in the afternoon. The concerns I should have had were zeroed out as all steps of the process were handled professionally and with integrity. Alex and the window installation crew cleaned up after themselves and left my house cleaner than they arrived. When I had a question, I called or texted Shane and I quickly received a response. The questions I had were answered and did not go unnoticed, ever. I highly recommend Clearwater Exteriors as they did an amazing job installing windows in my home in Centennial, Colorado.

Clearwater Exteriors has been incredible to work with from consultation to the follow up after installation. Throughout the process the entire team was timely and helpful, making sure there were no questions or concerns. We were told by friends that replacing windows would result in a huge mess and chipped paint but that wasn’t the case. Clearwater Exteriors left everything in tact, were very careful to not damage anything and left the house extremely clean. The windows are beautiful and we’ve noticed a drastic difference in the temperature of the house upstairs and the reduced dust throughout the house. I would recommend them to anyone. Awesome company to work with!

We loved our experience with Clearwater Exteriors. Their team was in no way pushy, and the install was fast, and they took great care to keep our house clean during and after installation! The windows themselves are AMAZING, which is of course, the most important part. They have already lowered our energy costs, and the rooms are nice and cool at the end of a hot day. We live near a couple of main streets, and we don’t hear any noise at night anymore! We also love how easy they are to open and clean. Could not recommend them more!

We just had our windows replaced by Clearwater Exteriors and from the start of the project we experienced great communication! The windows arrived during the expected timeframe and the installation took just 1 day! They sent out a team of 7 guys and each one had a specific task. They put pads down under each window, vacuumed/cleaned up after themselves and were overall the most polite group of guys.
As for the windows themselves they speak for themselves! Cleaning inside/out is a breeze! The noise from the street is now non existent and not to mention the lack of dust (and we have 2 dogs/ 2 cats!)
We are very pleased with this company and our purchase overall.

The new window configurations that Clearwater Exteriors recommended let in more light and it has made our house seem brighter. The quality of the windows is great. Over time we have also noticed a more stable temperature in the house. Overall the window installation process was handled well. Everyone was on time, clean and thorough. We did have two minor issues come up. One was lost track of because there were so many people involved in the process. It was eventually resolved with no conflict. The other issue was completely identified and handled by the installers. When we did need to communicate everyone was friendly and responsive.

We recently had all of our single pane windows replaced in our 1952 farmhouse by Clearwater Exteriors. We were beyond thrilled to have the most energy-efficient windows at a fraction of the cost of the competitors with a product that blew them out of the water.
